Is Your Realtor an Amateur?

We were having the discussion last week in our round robin meeting talking about paperwork. Oh yes, our favorite topic! But guess what? it is darn important.

Looking at two identical offers (a situation becoming very common) we discussed why would you, as the buyer pick one offer over the other? Here was in part a deciding factor, the Realtor who spent the time to check off all the boxes on their paperwork and not leave blanks was the winning choice. Even a seasoned Realtor can appear to be an amateur by missing a box or signature on their paperwork.

Seems silly, but rushing to get your offer in (and not double checking your paperwork) when offering on a desirable home is not a good idea. Make sure you use a brokerage who dots the i’s and crosses their t’s. As Jessica has ingrained into all of our heads, repetition is key!
